2) Professional Advisory Disclaimer
All deliverables are provided as professional recommendations and documentation.
Clients are responsible for:
Final implementation and execution
Development decisions
Legal compliance in their jurisdictions
Third-party contracts (publishers, vendors, freelancers, etc.)
CSSquared Games LLC is not liable for implementation outcomes, business decisions, investment results, or development failures based on client execution.
3) Proposals, Pricing & Invoices
Pricing may be provided as:

Hourly rates
Retainer agreements
Monthly consulting packages
A service engagement begins only after:

5) Confidentiality
We treat all provided documents, budgets, game concepts, business plans, artwork, and prototypes as confidential.
Exceptions:
Information already publicly available
Information provided legally by third parties
Required disclosures by law
Clients also agree to keep our materials confidential unless permission is granted.
6) User Conduct on Website
You agree not to:

7) Cancellation & Refunds
